*Please note: At Studio Jade each stylist strives for nothing less than perfection. We highly recommend booking your appointment on a day when you have no time restrictions to avoid stress for you and our team. Please keep in mind that each stylist at Studio Jade is one person. Also keep in mind that even though your stylist may not be doing every step of the service themselves, they oversee everything. Please remember that achieving great hair also means having healthy hair. Achieving your dream hair may take several appointments.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds of any kind. At the same time Studio Jade and each stylist strives for 100% satisfaction. We know that doing great hair and having a great experience is the key to happiness and success. If there is a problem with the service you received then our policy is for you to notify us within 7 days of the appointments. The stylist that performed the service can and will fix it at no charge. Studio Jade has the right to consult first and discuss with client about the appointment. If the client wants additional services that weren’t discussed in the consultation then this would be an additional appointment and may come with additional fees.
Card on file
At Studio Jade we require a card to be put on file to hold all appointments. We require a non refundable 20% deposit on all appointments. Deposits can be transferred ONE time with 72 hour notice.
Cancellations
Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 72 hours notice for cancellations or changes.
No Call / No Shows
If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be responsible to pay for your full missed appointment before being allowed to move forward booking another appointment with our salon.
Lateness
We have a 15 minute lateness policy. If you are running late please call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely. Should this continue to happen you may be no longer allowed to book future appointments at Studio Jade.
No Additional Guests / Children / Animals
For the safety and sanitation of our guests, Studio Jade does not allow children, animals or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.
Clothing & personal items at your own risk
Any clothing or items brought to the salon are brought at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage or color stains on any personal item. We would recommend not wearing or bringing any personal item of value into the salon due to the risk of color accidents.
